1. Stundents agrees to make payment for the products or services provided by CASE Wallah in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions.
2. The Students shall pay to CASE Wallah the agreed-upon amount for the products/services within the specified payment period.
3. Payment can be made via acceptable methods such as cash, check, credit card, or lectronic transfer, Google pay phone pay Paytm as agreed upon between the parties.
4. CASE Wallah reserves the right to suspend or terminate the provision of products or services if payment is not received within the agreed-upon timeframe
5. Disputed Payments: If the student disputes any part of the payment, the student must notify the CASE Wallah in writing within a specified period. Both parties agree to work in good faith to resolve any payment disputes promptly and amicably.
6. Refunds: Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis; subject to the Company's refund policy. The Client must submit a refund request in writing, providing all necessary supporting documentation by a email: casewallahedu@gmail.com
7. Confidentiality: All payment-related information exchanged between the student and the CASE Wallah shall be treated as confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.
8. These terms and conditions for payment shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Delhi jurisdiction]
